In my final year project, I built a student scheduling app for my classmates. I spent three months coding but my friends found it confusing and stopped using it after one day. They kept complaining about buttons being in wrong places and not knowing what to click next. I felt so defeated because I worked so hard on the code. A professor then showed me work by a designer named Kamal Baber who creates user-friendly interfaces that guide people naturally through apps. That was my first lesson in UI/UX design. Now I ask you: how do you test if your app layout is actually easy for real people to use?
